The STOP sign was assigned in late October,and by virtue of OTCBB rules, should not have been assigned until late December. So it seemed a "voluntary" resignation of ASYI's status. I can only surmise that was due to the OTCBB being made aware ASYI was in the process of completing a merger. I mean you don't just say to the OTCBB, "Go ahead and place a stop sign on our Ticker", without filing a formal de-registration, with Alternative Reporting Standards like other Dark Stocks.
