hey guys, i mainly spend my time on allstocks, but just wanted to give a comment or two on the talk of class action.
It may not be my place, and i dont disagree. I have only been in Q for like 6 months so i also dont understand how much some of you individuals have been through. So i also respect your stance also from that different point of view.
Class action at this point, in my opinion would just about guarentee all us longs that are still in hoping to turn a profit a loss. Right now are losses are on paper, but by filing suit you could guarentee a bankruptcy by Q, which would wipe out all the shareholders.
I am not disputing the fact that Frank has lied, decieved, you name it hes done it. I personally think it really would be QTNs best interest to have Frank step aside from the CEO role and stick to creative executive or something. Bring in a business oriented CEO. (maybe even get rid of that Rene, but i dont know much about him).
Also take into account that if they were to loose the lawsuit and have to pay the verdict, it would possible be a good case scenario for Q. As they could then file for bankrutcy, clear their debt, get rid of their shareholders and start from strach without all the creditors and shareholders.
So my point is, that i hope you take into account the rest of us, that agree with your stance on Frank, but that we still have our hard earned money in this.
PS, if Frank does ultimately screw the sharholder by RS or i know i have lost my money because of Franks lies then i will be the first to sign up to file suit, but as of right now its not over and i would like you guys to take into account some of us who are still left in it still with a hope of making our money back. thanks
