02/28/13 I sent Mr Kazia an e-mail

asking him - Was the trip a success? Why couldn't the shareholders find you/02 SECURE WIRELESS INC on the registered attendee list?

Mr Kazia e-mail reply exact words- “Yes it was very good. As I said in the pr we are with our partner. Not us by ourselves”.

"OTOW" mobile phones and tablets MANUFACTURER and PARTNER is what is said in the PRESS RELEASE.

One reason shareholders have not found "OTOW" on the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona Spain REGISTERED ATTENDEE LIST is because Mr Kazia/"OTOW" is there registered under the MANUFACTURER AND PARTNER’s NAME. (from the very short Mr Kazia e-mail I received what else could one hypothesize?)
