Wait... You just proved to everyone here that CBIS has not had a R/S in the past four and a half years; only issued approximately 630,000,000 share since 2009 with 290,000,000 (minimum) of that 630,000,000 going to an employee in early 2012. Do you have any further information that counters the info you have already provided to us? Other wise it seems that you have proven that CBIS is on track; has shareholder value in mind; and waiting FDA approval.
