Jeesus sly, i really like you and think you are a swell guy but at times you get your love affair cloude your judgement, mixing teen schoolgirl infatuation with making money om emotionless numberscrunching doesn´t go well hand in hand, think you need to have an approach free from emotions that judges actions and promises, I.E never make promises you can´t keep, underprognos overperform etc etc...
To blindly make afterhand constructions always finding excuses making sense of senseless actions and statements is rather countering its purpose, instead of soothing it may very well agitate instead...,and its far from professional to tell shareholders of a company you act as PR representative of that they are stupid in just so many ways repeatedly, the fact that he told others he can´t stand stupid shareholders if the rumour is true doesn´t help much either at that point you are probably in wrong profession....
