Well there it is again. LATE FILING !! Normal for these people. I can't see why it would take 90 days to put together an Annual Report for an insignificant little Company THAT NEVER DID ANYTHING. AMAZING I would say. I think Ken continues to hide something from his still-loyal Shareholders.
