Msgbrdinfo. I think you missed it. They have not specifically come out and said, "The company is spinning off," but they did say this in their 8K Filed on Nov. 9th with regards to Paying the owner of the land they are building on.

"Future Fuels will issue Venture III Associates One Million shares of Future Fuels common stock with the execution of the lease."

It does not say NSOL common stock.
