Wow, nice find. That certainly looks like it could explain the stock price. I thought the problem with their business model was the slow collections, but this really suggests their revenue stream may be in jeopardy.

And while it sounds like a civil suit, it sounds like it could lead to criminal charges.

Very scary stuff.
