Things are going to get really really messy for scam company MDBX, Vinny and Bruce and the rest of the gang as more and more of these related party/affiliate/non-affiliate relationships are brought to light in the coming weeks.

For intance, these guys don't even know who really owns the 3.0 million convertible preferred of MDBX that is outstanding (more on this later today).

Frankly I just don't see how these people are going to risk filing a 10K, along with the audited financials.

That revelation must have struck a nerve with Vinny. So much so that he lifted his self-imposed exile from the board to offer a lame explanation that his name (and, I suppose the name of his girl friend) were merely "place holders" from when he set up the web site for the investment advisor outfit.
