You really need to read the post again...It puts a lot of money in the hands of people who earn under 100,000 dollars a year and businesses that earn less than 1,000,000 dollars a year....

That is the best stimulus that could actually avoid a recession...And the Rich would have to pay more...

So...You will need to explain exactly how those ten items COMBINED will cause a recession rather than to help avoid one...
