Intent to Become Fully Reporting Company and Establish a BOD
Rapid Fire Marketing is also in process of engaging an accounting firm to begin audits with the end goal of becoming a fully reporting Company. Additionally the Company is in discussions with highly qualified individuals to who are interested in placement on the board of directors.
"The writing is on the wall; if you want to build a real business, you have to grow to become a legitimate business which part of is being fully reporting. I am dedicated to building Rapid Fire Marketing into a Company that runs like a real company, looks like a real company and acts like a real company. We need to become fully reporting, regain DTC eligibility and develop a full management team along with a board of directors," said Tom Allinder, CEO of Rapid Fire Marketing.
"We have identified several individuals with strong business experience and a track record of building companies as candidates for our new board of directors, as well as potential management team members," Allinder continued.
