They must just dilute the living hell out of their stock, there is no reason for a company with a drug in phase II clinical trials to be valued so low though. The market cap is a little small considering the potential revenues for their drug. But the way it seems they dilute their shares when ever the price goes up isn't exactly a good way to build investor confidence. All IMO of course.
