I don't know that the filings are cheap as the old company had no records from what I understand so its a forensic mess to rebuild the books so the filings can be made.

Of course it won't be as expensive as an airline but if she pulls of the airline deal I bet others will be willing to fund the books cleanup.

And then the filings can be made current.
