Why exactly would one query there are "no takers"? Why would

the average prudent investor buy a stock such as hlnt only to lose nearly 10% the nano-second the buy button is it?

Hmmmmmmmm....that's a toughie....

PS- Lower lows/lower highs still on the immediate forecast.
