Ok, just talked to IR. Don't expect prelim earnings before the 10K. Last year prelims were announced to highlight going from a loss to a profit. This year the good news was already known through 3 qtrs, so (assuming) there was less incentive to announce after year end closed.

I think it is too bad since some investors surely wait for full year reports before deciding to invest, and a prelim report would have been enough for some of them.

On the flip side, assuming 4th qtr is around breakeven due to the usual seasonal drop, they will still be reporting some .025 EPS for the year and the stock price is likely to go up as a result once the 10K comes out. So this may be a great time to accumulate.

Also, this company has demonstrated an ability to place product and grow at a rapid rate. There is IMO no reason to NOT expect them to continue to do so. The CEO has major connections and experience, so we may get a major rollout announcement via a new retail avenue. Such an announcement could cause the stock to at least move into the .30-.40 fair value range nearly overnight.
