The licensing would be to a hardware producer, major wheelchair mfr. at first and then once the possibilities with other systems such as agricultural machinery are understood there will be more.

If GOSY decides to market retrofit kits, the components of the SafePath kit are off the shell so they don't need a manufacturer. Just the magic software :)

Spencer has thought this out pretty thoroughly.

As for a reverse merger - I doubt it. No one entity is in a position to handle all of the possible markets for the navigation alone - for example, GE doesn't sell farm equipment. John Deere doesn't do security or durable medical. In addition to SafePath navigation we have the portable tech of the SPIO too. Too much for a big company to handle, let alone little ol' GeckoSystems.

I think JV's are the only practical option.
