I've been letting them do their jobs and I am continue to do so. As an investor I would like to see management maximize the company money for best results. Besides that, complaining on a message board does not equate communicating with the company and effecting their goals. If I really wanted to complain and see changes, I would contact the company... at least their PR guy.
