Agreed Beacon.

Customer experience with Neom has not been very good.

Additionally you have made some important points regarding their PR and presence in the market.

Heck... even NEOM's website is not up to scratch. I am sincerely hoping Mr. Copus is doing something about the design of their one and only shopfront.
