I know enough through my research (the results of which I've shared here), because I like to know (and I like others to know as well), for certain where a company stands/doesn't stand financially and objectively. In most cases, like the case with this company, it's just seriously uncertain where the company is truly at and looking to be a VERY bad investment thus far... however, like I said before, the audit will tell us what's really going on. Here's my response to your 1,2,3:

1) many/most pink stocks are scams or unprofitable shells, but is the exact # 99.9%? or maybe even 100%? I think not likely. Could you please post some credible research for us to believe?

2) And as I said before, the company audit for 2011/2012 will show us whether or not the company is 'for real' about its' assets/finances/objectives/etc... until then, the possibilities are endless and open for speculation so have at it with any kind of dramatic, sensational, fluffy scam theory you want or not.

3) Some people love Reverse splits, some hate 'um. I'm somewhere in between because R/S are an excellent way to sort of 'reduce' outstanding shares and sort of 'increase' the price per share, (without messing with the intrinsic value per share). So after this R/S, if I bought 10000 shares at .0003/share for $3, I will now have 10 shares worth $3 at .30/share. Also, although it's true that R/S reduce profit margins, R/S also prevent extreme stock price highs and lows which, by itself, is grounds for SEC trading halts/suspensions which could last a loooooooong time (six months give or take a few).
