I have wondered the same thing. If Ringtokk is to take Itokks place, they are not doing a very good job of that either. Neither appear to be truly active. And it takes time and effort to put all of the content on line (and I would think money) even if they did replicate Itokk. Makes you wonder if all these companies are storefronts for something else.
