BE, how exactly do we go about getting answers to these questions? Most reasonable shareholders have these questions but have no way of getting answers with GC gone missing and LP claiming no relationship to MDMN NA. I am all ears if you have an idea on how we can get answers (either as individuals or as a group). Sometime back our BOD used to follow message boards and answer critical comments in company Q&As and updates. Lately, they have become immune to shareholders questions and comments. Apart from expressing our frustration on message boards, what exactly can we do?

Step one: make sure that Les Price understands that he is legally considered an insider in this investment. Seem obvious but, based on my emails with him today, he is/was under the impression that he was free to communicate unofficially b/c he's not a MDMN director. As an officer of MDMN Chile he falls under the same laws that relate to insider information and selective disclosure. Read: he is liable and accountable.

Step two: ask all of the questions above and then some. Wait for Les to respond and accuse you of libel instead of answering the questions.

Step three: let it be know that all of the questions will be answered as they are mandated under law. Request exact conversion rates for the preferreds, fairness opinions for the Quijano acquisitions and all of the docs for the LDM JV.

Step four: repeat step one.

Libel? It's called shareholder due diligence and for those managing other's money its called a fiduciary resposibility.
