I ran across this while looking at the short report you posted. I knew the MM manipulate trading, but was not sure how they really do it until I read this...

The same thing was happening to DUTV today. There appeared to be quite a bit of buying pressure at times, but it was shorty covering in many instances. The short volume was almost gone then it jumped back up.
