True, but remember, there has been considerable consolidation near the pps we're at now. I think there aren't alot of people wiling to sell right now...we're waiting for it to run, and buyers are looking for a signal that they'll make money with CERP. IMO the flippers and weak hands are out at this point for the most part. Also, there has been a ridiculous amount of shorting going on.
