If the o/s has not doubled but the pps is 90% lower, then .0015-0.0025 should be a good buying opportunity.
If you look at the chart, you see one day 45m volume, yesterday 36m and today 55m volume, o/s was 325m in november, now 516m, so it should be close to done.
I check share structure daily with transfer agent which is ungagged and 2 weeks ago after the dumping volume was low and pps fast back up to .0045.
Business costs money and it seems many things going on at ECOS, for me this is a buy if the o/s stays at 516m with 116m restricted shares and no change in share structure yesterday and today.
It seems these sellers were done today. But we will see next days.
