Probably beating a dead horse, but FYI:

So what if a trial had chinese people in it... or koreans? That in itself is not a reason to dismiss the results.

To dismiss the results, you would have to provide a biological reason why the trials with chinese or koreans, with those specific drugs, would not be valid and/or applicable.

The corollary of your argument would be that you don't think US results of bavi would apply to chinese or korean patients. Do chinese or koreans not have PS in their cell membranes? Do the laws of apoptosis regarding PS flipping in caucasians not apply to chinese or koreans?
