Pure manipulation from the company imo. They put a block on the ask so no one will buy because it can not go up. And they hope you sell them your cheap shares. If the guy with that 929k block on the ask want to sell then he could just as well sell to 0.006, but he does not do so because that is not his intention. He wants to avoid that the shares comes in the wrong hands. I wonder whether the SEC could figure out who puts that sell order? If the company blocks the course then it seems to me that this is illegal.
