What will the share count be by March 26th? Another entire month of dilution will take this share count well north of 200 million shares imo. That is why it was important for this company to do something in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that doesn't appear to be the case so shareholders will continue to get dumped on as this thing continues to drag on. The court date on March 26th is just a status conference so this could go well beyond that and probably will. The pr they put out was premature and now it appears as if they only released it to take the blow out of the former CEO and the other board members leaving.
