Pretty simple....

Just Bold Face lying....dumping shares for Cash to Make the purchases....could be the Game?

I will say I Like the Pr's ...I like what they seem to be doing...I Like the apparent accretive nature...
but if they dilute the crap out of the security to get the Cash ...it's going to take a long time for the pps to catch up..
the Dilution would kill any immmediate Valuation...so then Push the Clock back another year..

But if one takes Dilution out of the Equation....there is No logic in the trading pattern or the pps formation....

I don't care How many shares some one has or how much flipping goes on....A security that is way undervalued is recognized by the "Street" and gets bought Up..Simple as that!!

so Bold Face Naked Shorting or Bold Face lying Dilution..imo

Biting the Hand that Feeds,...."jading" the Buyer is Not Good for any Security...it just seems to be what is going on here!
