I just read SEVERAL articles on this....it's called a "Gagged Transfer Agent" Google it and you'll see.... and it is almost NEVER a good sign. Company is playing games by hiding the share structure. I can't think of ONE GOOD REASON why gagging the TA would be a good thing. Not good here guys. Not good at all.
