Fcpgalltheway, nothing else will matter once the 10-K get's filed and BFAR knows this to be a fact. Heck, once they get the 10-K filed then they can sell shares at a decent price in the .50 cent range for cash needed in order to obtain more business. They done it before by going public and they can do it again.
