where on earth...

is all the "dilution" i've been hearing about? we've only seen 874K shares traded so far today. LOL

Looks like the company has run out of buyers for the time being. But, due to the fact that their ONLY business is selling shares, they will come up with something to pique buying interest soon. No worries.

And, it looks like the delay in the court proceedings until 3/26 will give WGAS time to put out those audited financials WITHOUT the inclusion of any details regarding the, ahem, millions of dollars in loans, again, ahem.

So, WGAS has only one revenue producing business to date. They sell shares. Anyone holding this stock long is diluted every single time a share is added to the float.

Level 2 for WGAS, pure fiction 10k bid props sitting there praying no one hits the support. The trades that show large blocks at odd prices and the large blocks that appear after the market closes are just All or None orders that a broker has worked during the session and are recorded when they are complete at the average price per share. These are SELLS, no matter what the price is. Sells.

But, there will probably be another pump soon. Marketing is important for any company and they probably need more ,ahem, operating funds so they will discount some shares to one of their toxic funders and depend on the shareholders to foot the bill.

More worthless paper is on the way, courtesy of WGAS be certain of that.

Also, yes, the filings are up to date so they do stay current but, the toxic guys have gotten smarter and this is generally a condition of their deals these days. I think the reason may be that no reputable "promoter (s)" will promote a skull and crossbones for any amount of shares.

This just my opinion, of course but please be careful.
