QUESTION . . .

For those who may know more than I do, how is a company (PBLS) with a market-cap hovering around 10 million, and with less than 40 million cash, able to close a deal on a company with annual revenues of 190 million?

I'm as excited as everyone else here. I just can't figure out the mechanics of how a company our size could bring together a deal of this magnitude, and that without debt.

Anyone? Please respond. Those of you who've been around for awhile know I'm no basher. I'm long nearly one million shares. I just wonder how this is possible.
