RLH Close to Buyout at $10

Shares of Red Lion Hotels, which has locations in British Colombia and throughout the American west coast, rose 3pc to $7.40 in early New York trading on hot gossip that David Aim’s AimCap and his partner Robert Kalmer of Ascend Group are about to check in with a $10 a share bid approach. They recently bought the Atlantic Hotel and Spa in Florida.
