Penny seems like the hard line, at least for now.
When the bid went to 97 nothing printed for 15 minutes, then a $24 and a $100 order went through at 97 and then it stalled again and some 104s printed

I may not be an expert, but, I think the tiny 97s were suspicious.

From my infinite lack of trading wisdom and brilliance, which is a vast lack, I would be a buyer here if I had funds in my brokerage
