I don't want to start a riot but as a manager, I do sales certifications. These are forms signed by myself and the associate. At the end of the day, I promise to act in honesty and integrity and to give the customer the best deal I know of. I believe in what I am selling and know the value of what I am selling. I would like these people to believe me. I just could not in good conscience make up my own prices and rules. Its not about customer service issues. Its about making people trust you. And I was one of the rare 150PRS studios out there two years ago. Things changed but that was not because I made up my own rules. I trained customers from the day we opened until the day we closed. Its all about trust and honesty to yourself, your associates, and your customers.
