Whatever the reason this is stuck, I know as a trader PHOT has lost its luster which imo is good for investors. If they accumulate and then sustain w/ flurries of Pr's this thing could easily be like a blue chip stock stable and minor moves. I think that would be ideal for a brick and mortar stock. If we're lucky we'll get an offer in the open market for a buyout or large funding source wanting to capitalize that also has a longterm value of the company in the .50++ range showing support for the PPS. Then from that point a campaign awareness to hedge funds and so on. This doesn't trade like MJNA which I would rather trade, but has the potential 3x their PPS @ any given moment. IMO
