A lawsuit alone to the DTCC will not only put this whole problem in the limelight but it will also be free advertisement and PR as well. The pressure alone of being in the limelight may force the DTCC into unf'ing what they have done to SGCP. It gets unlocked and with all the free advertisement may just cause the stock to shoot up.

I wouldnt mind collecting a few bucks in damages from the DTCC also.....
