supposedly setting up for a Victory Mark's / Preferred Penny's upcoming Pick

or at least hoped by some, I didnt buy yet....


I am wondering though how this type of Xtreme Volume didnt pop up on "your" RADAR)))

is it because the PPS was higher than your scanning criteria?
