I totally agree. Social media and grass-roots effort. I want to breach the topic at a local TEDx event, and am trying to get a spot. That will be more to raise awareness of emulsions fuels, but if ECOS is going to be a leader in the market, we can't be afraid of over exposure at this point.
What about a Facebook page? I am not into FB, but I don't see why the CEO or others would object, if it is just an aggregation of the PR and WebSite.
