Since shareholders can't have more than 10% of the OS at one time without having to make SEC filings, most likely whoever is getting paper to sell from the company is taking out about 9.9% of the OS

When those shares certs are issued, it takes about 7-12 days depending on who handles them for them to deposit in their account.

If he dumps all the shares he has at one time in one day, in order to get more shares, he has to request them. By the time his new tranche of shares clear into this account to sell, chart shows it is taking about 7-12 days... This is an estimate and a theory, I don't have proof just based on my knowledge and what I see.

I am not saying company is diluting this. I am assuming it is an old note holder.

VFIN basically shows up, dumps out about 10M shares and leaves.

Anyone else has an opinion I would be glad to hear it.
