I agree. SHs would have a case against marty for tortious interference, but only if they could show that his personal attacks on Wallace were intended to persuade specific companies or investors to terminate their relationship with gosy. A new lawsuit against marty in the works? A derivative action? Excellent observation!! Bet marty's lawyer is happy.
