For example, if the damages being claimed is announced in June shortly before the commencement of the Markman as being only $150M (not saying it will be by any stretch, but just using a hypothetical example), if Susman Godfrey's contingency is 50%, this makes WDDD's take $75M. Adjust for taxes, and this dwindles even further to ~$48.75M. Using ~85M O/S shares, and this equates to $0.57 accretive value to the sp. With nothing else generating revenues for WDDD, $0.57 may be all WDDD will be worth.

No disrespect because I value your posts but I must say this is well well off based.

Now obviously everyone will have there say but a .57 cent valuation is actually quite a slap in the face to WDDD..and it's shareholders.

I have done extensive dd myself and your valuation has Gaping holes in it.

First off as you openly admit you pick 150 mill which is completely and utterly a joke in itself. We're talking 2001 to Present - to- Future Royalties and all you feel WDDD is entitled to is 150 million dollars? Wow... Just last yr alone ATVI did 4 billion plus dollars. Multiply that out by previous and future Growing revenue and most certainly WDDD is entitled to more than 150 million dollars.

Also ATVI Willfully Infringed on WDDD Patents that's will bring a much larger sum In itself. Plus we have a 40 million tax write off on the first 40 million also I believe your 50% calculation of Susman Godfreys cut to be 15-25% to high.

Then take into account the actual Value of the Patents in a Rapidly Growing industry worth 12 billion plus a yr. that alone are worth a hell of a lot more than 150 million.

And... If you think ONLY ATVI has infringed on WDDD Patents your flat out wrong. There will be many many more Lawsuits and Prob much sooner than June 27th.

Thomm Kindrin developed our Patents we have all rights to them and with Max Tribble aka Susman Godfrey there looking at much more IMO than 150 million.

If you were gonna even do an example you should have started at 500 million to start with and that's just ATVI...

I could go on and on... This case is one for the ages and many will look back and talk about it for years to come.

In 2013 the word Billion dollars is common place now. Some are scared to type it because they still live in the stone ages of where Millions was a lot. Well Billions is common place now and WDDD is certainly entitled to there share of hundreds of Billions that has been made from all companies who have been infringing on there technology.

Lets Set the Bar at 500 mill to 1 bill and go from there.

150 million is a joke and very disrespectful to even Max Tribble.

Heck just wait when Max Tribble and Susman Godfrey start going after msft erts and Sony. IMO they have all violated and infringed on WDDD
