Looks to me the Seller takes 7-12 trading days to clear certs. See dump pattern in chart. Assuming he is only getting 10% of the OS each dump (as seen in gradual increase) I think he dumped his tranche here today and will take another 7-12 days to reload. In the meantime, let's run this thing.
