A peak that occurs on March 12 (end of winter) with a general downtrend thereafter does not constitute a spring rally. I'm really not all that interested in when the next short term spike in price occurs. I want to see real progress on the ground that keeps the stock price up for the long term, not just a few days. I don't expect to see that sort of news until next year.
