I think you are fairly confused. First, nobody said anything about suing SGCP, especially for "going out of business". Fairhill is NOT sgcp. Google is your friend. Second, there are hundreds if not thousands of businesses who do poorly in the first 4 or 5 years to pay for infrastructure and what not.
