This will be a big help in negotiating with Pride et al:

Spencer has an excellent, professional business education:

Executive MBA in 1987 from J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA

Ranked 64th worldwide among EMBA programs by Financial Times

BS-Mathematics in 1982 from Georgia State University with emphasis in statistical analysis, minors in physics and marketing.

Georgia State University lists Spencer as Notable Alumni:

Takes much more than a checkbook and a 700+ GMAT to get into highly rated grad b schools. Spencer no doubt got some impressive letters of recommendation due to his support of GA Tech, Clemson Univ, IBM, TI, etc.

And first tier companies like Invacare, Pride, GE, etc. will have numerous MBA's at the C level routinely.

Bet they all understand "managerial accounting" and the importance of correct algebraic manipulations regarding warrants, convertible preferred stock, debentures, etc. for sure!

They will understand the merit of GOSY due to their advanced grad b school education, just like Spencer.
