Yeah..I'll do more digging later today. I did find where Progas was a creditor in the Enron BK, along with many, many others. Just shows they were large enough to do business with Enron and Enron owed them dollars. Maybe a reason for selling..Enron going BK put them in a cash crunch..just a speculation on my part.
