This company has not even finalized the $3.5 million stock exchange for the merger with American Eagle. The shares were never exchanged, it seems impossible to do without a reverse split, lots of returned shares, or authorization of billions more shares.
American Eagle is literally buying FIMA's ticker symbol so they can trade on the pink sheets, that is it! How much is that worth? Not much. In my opinion, American Eagle is in the power position and they are simply taking over a worthless ticker in order to raise their own funds. The directors don't care about you investors, they need you gone in order to turn FIMA back into a real company.
