Huge news! As I said follow the filings! I just received in mail from deleware for dutv and torq from utah the recent filings. Torq dissolution just completed in utah and merger under dutv approved in deleware!!! Torq now officially under dutv

Looks like they were.waiting for that to be completed to move forward. I'm guessing partner news and other detailed info soon to be released. Filings confirm this is for real.
