None of us has insider knowledge but, I doubt that was the news. He stated "getting current" separately from the news announcement. I don't know about the moratorium but that might have to fall after the price rise from the news so as to finance the news? Just looking at possibilities. We will all have to figure out how to play that. If it does happen like that I'll take some profit and then keep some free shares for the long haul. GDGI!
